Below  are timetables for the Martial Arts Classes / Kickboxing followed by Fitness Classes.

The Gym and Free Weights rooms are available during all opening hours (Week Days: 9am-2.30pm and 3.30pm -9pm. Saturday: 9am-4pm. Sunday: 9am-12noon).

Note that apart from the regular timetable there are personal fitness and martial arts tuition available Mondays-Sundays 8:00AM - 10:00PM.

A PILATES CLASS THAT OFFERS A COMBINATION OF EXERCISES THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE OF YOU WITH EXPERIENCE IN PILATES/YOGA. IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE, FLEXIBILITY, STAMINA AND CONCENTRATION. RELAX!!!

Also: PERSONAL ONE TO ONE TRAINING IN PILATES, PRE AND POST NATAL CLASSES AVAILABLE WITH ANN

        PERSONAL ONE TO ONE FITNESS TRAINING or SELF DEFENCE PERSONAL TRAINING AVAILABLE WITH QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS.
