Boxing Ring Sun Bed Treatment Room
Shower and Changing Facilities Shop
This is a large fully air conditioned room with extra high ceiling.
The floor is specially constructed and covered with low impact sports flooring to reduce the risk of injury.
Two walls contain double glazed windows making the overall appearance light and a pleasure to train in.
It is full kitted out with a large selection of Punch Bags, Kick Bags, Floor to Ceiling Balls, and Modern Dummies.
On one wall there are a large number of Thai and Kick Boxing Pads.
Another wall is fully mirrored.

The Gym is fully Air Conditioned with low impact sports flooring.
Gentle lighting , music, TVs and our friendly staff provide a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy your work out.
Drinks and Health foods are available at reception.
Changing facilities and lockers are available free of charge.

Two Free Weights rooms are provided for separate weight training.
A full range of Free Weights; Flat, Incline and Decline Benches and a Smith Machine are provided.
A Practice Boxing Ring is provided externally in a water proof marquee.
It is lit for evening use and available for members.
It is intended only for light sparring if not supervised by an instructor
The latest upright Sun Beds are available to members and the public at an additional cost.

Sports and Remedial Massage
The treatment room is available for sports injuries and is attended by Sports and Remedial Massage Practitioner Simon Mennell LLSM(Dip Hons) MSMA on various evenings.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
The treatment room is available for consultation by NLP practitioner Laurence Sandum for smoking cessation, phobia cures and confidence/communication improvement.

Shower and Changing Facilities
The shower facility is fully tiled and available free of charge to all members of the Fitness Academy.
There is also a separate Changing Room enabling members to train directly before or after work, secured lockers are also provided.
